A Collaboration Between
International Steel & Counterweights is a 10 year old steel fabrication business. We have are about $35M in sales and a good industry reputation, but have plateaued our growth. We are a niche producer, providing counterweights to the heavy equipment, construction and elevator OEM from distressed/off quality raw materials. We could use help with a few projects; Business development strategy to help get our niche product through the corporate acquisition strategies at major companies like CAT, Deere, etc. Site Selection for a new location and business acquisition targeting to help us locate a new location area and locating an existing business to acquire in support of our growth.
