  • December 4, 2020 - Immersion & Orientation

    Immersion and Understanding of the Organ Transplant and Donation Ecosystem / Tevesol’s Solution

    The goal is to gain a deep understanding of:

    • The terminology used in the Organ Transplant and Donation field (including language that is specific to LifeGift).
    • The organ procurement transplant network such as Donors, Procurement Methods, Transplant Groups.
    • Common organ transplant issues.
    • The medical device company Tevesol, its EVOSS device, how it functions, and how it solves common organ transplant issues.

    Suggested Deliverable:

    The consultant will provide a summary of LifeGift and its affiliation with Tevesol. The consultant should focus on the medical device Tevesol and its use as a solution to common lung transplantation issues.

  • December 31, 2020 - Project Planning

    What data exists?

    What key components must be included in the operational plan?

    What resources would be required?

    Outline the goals and milestones for the remainder of the project. What research needs to be done? What end deliverable must be created to operationalize Tevesol partnership?

  • January 29, 2021 - Focus on Operational, Supply Chain, and Technology Plan

    What are the operational requirements to get partnership up-and-running?

    What are the supply chain implications of this partnership?

    What data and information must be included?

    What technology must be integrated into the plan?

  • February 28, 2021 - Refined Operational Plan

    Based on feedback, how might you refine your roll-out strategy

    What are the financial implications for the partnership?
