Project Synopsis

Right now we are shifting these business model to a developer of e-scooters with our own design OCM manufacture in China. The MOQ for production in China is to reach a 3000 units per batch and the challenge is to develop a commercial plan and online marketing. Is important to consider that the local market is small (10k unit on 2019) so it’s important to look Latam market, otherwise worldwide strategy.

Company Overview

EMOVE started in October 2017. We started as a wholesaler of Xiaomi and Segway brands for Peru. Our first B2C channel was ecommerce platforms. On 2019 we shift our proposal because of competition and lower margins to developing our own OEM scooter brand for local market. We open 14 retail stores and 6 ecommerce expansion, obtaining 90k USD of revenue and 170 units for sales.
